Getting ready for birthday #3

Cooper's birthday is coming up and this year he gets it a little more. So I let him pick out and make his invitations for his party. I found a lady on etsy that designed an invitation that looked like a ticket. We printed them up, cut them out, and Cooper tied a ribbon on each one. He had so much fun taking them to school and passing them out to all of his friends! He now asks everyday if it is his party day!

Donut Time

One of the things I can remember doing with my Dad was a trip to the donut shop. I can remember the smells, sights, and sounds almost like it was yesterday. They are such happy memories that I look forward to moments like that with Cooper and Caddie.

Saturday mornings are such a busy time with Rob getting off to work and I put in a full day at work as well. A couple of weeks ago I had to make a trip to the store before I went to work so the kids and I packed up and went over to the store. After our shopping trip we had a little extra time so we headed over to the donut shop for a sprinkle donut. The kids loved them and it was awesome to experience that memory with my own kids!!!

"Helping Dad"

Cooper is Rob's little shadow every morning! They make coffee, iron Rob's shirt, and just have some good time together!

Rob let Cooper iron his shirt the other day, and as you can tell by the pictures Coop was so happy!

Glow Stick Fun

So what do you get with 2 toddlers and a pack of $1 glow sticks?!?!? A really fun bath time. This has become our favorite activity the last couple of weeks. We fill the bath tub up with water and bubbles, drop in a tube of glow sticks, shut off the lights, and let the kids go wild!

They love it and have such a great time telling me all the colors and have so much fun playing with all the color combos! Best dollar I have spent!
