Miami Children's Museum

We had a fun day exploring the children's museum down in Miami.  It was not as big as we were used to but the kids had a blast exploring all the different areas.  I will go back and leave Rob at home because he did not enjoy it as much as the kids did :)

They had fishing, a huge cruise ship, a mock store, a mock doctor's office, a mock dentist office, an arts and craft floor, and motorized boats the kids could drive (Rob enjoyed that part).

It was a fun morning out with the family :)

Caddie's gymnastics class!

I was feeling totally guilty about having Cooper in a sports class and having nothing for Caddie this summer so I went on a search of what I could do with a 2 year old, let me tell you there is not much! :)

I came across a gym near by that offered a mommy and me class for 7 weeks that gave an introduction to gymnastics!  Well Caddie loves it and is having a blast!  She loves Wednesdays now and it is so much fun to have something to do just the two of us!

She is so tiny and fearless that she is a natural!  She loves to hang on the bars, go across the balance beam, and the ball pit is her favorite :)

Happy Father's Day

Ok, Ok!!! I know I am a month late on posting about Father's Day!  But in my defense I have two kids that are always on the go so by the time they are in bed so am I :)

Father's day was such a fun and relaxed day and we did all things that Rob loves to do!  We went to lunch, went swimming, and then the "boys" grilled out on the new little grill!  Don't judge us we live in a tiny apartment right now :)

I am so blessed to have Rob as a husband but I am beyond blessed to have him as the father of my kids!  He is the best father and it is evident in the relationships he already has with both of them.  Cooper is his little buddy and Caddie is his baby!  I am thankful for having such an understanding man to raise Cooper and Caddie with!

They love their daddy and it was great to have a day to celebrate him and his relationships with them!

Fire Truck Visit

This week the library right around the corner from our house had the fire truck come for a visit.  The kids like always love looking at the truck and meeting the firemen!  I feel like we can't get them in front of it too much. I know we may never have a need for them but I like knowing my kids are not afraid of them and will go to them for help.  Plus they always teach them a few new things each time we see them.  Great morning out.
